报告人简介：

Ada Hang-Heng Wong obtained her BSc in Biotechnology and MSc in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Jinan University, followed by a Ph.D. in Biology (Structural Biology) from Tsinghua University. She has held research positions at the National University of Singapore, University of Macau, National Taiwan University, A*STAR's Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology, and George Washington University. Her research spans a wide range of fields, including biological chemistry (2005-2007), genetics (2005-2006), structural biology (2007-2013), biophysics (2013-2014), and cancer biology (2014-2024). Ada joined Wiley in December 2024 as Deputy Editor of Advanced Science to spearhead the Advanced Expansion in the Oncology section.

This talk aims to introduce the manuscript preparation strategies, submission procedures, and journal selection guidelines to aid researchers in their publishing journey. An introduction of Wiley’s Oncology portfolio and our vision of the subject’s development will be given. Lastly, discussion of a special topic “AI in Modern Research Publishing” will be conducted to provide Wiley’s position and statement on the use of AI in research publishing.
